Leave it to Leslie is an at home service with a personal touch. Leave it to Leslie is owned and operated by a dynamic mother daughter duo, Leslie and Caitlyn Lankford. We have lived in the Austin area since 1978.

Leslie took care of my home, pets and contractors while we went off to vacation. It was very comforting to have someone watching over the ranch. There was a sale pending and a lot of details which Leslie handled well. She even took us to the airport and picked us up - a great service, saving time, avoiding stressed out driving and two weeks of parking fees. She kept the place tidy for showings and provided a great sense of security.

Leslie came to our house and stayed for two weeks while we were out of the country. Before we left for our trip, Leslie came to our house to talk about her responsibilities. She asked a lot of questions and took very thorough notes while here.

We have a cat and 3 hermit crabs that she was taking care of. I felt very confidant while on our trip that Leslie was taking her job very seriously and taking extremely good care of our pets and house. I never worried about anything. If Leslie had any questions she promptly emailed me and/or talked to the neighbor.

Upon our return, we found our pets were healthy and happy, our plants not only thriving but also the dead leaves clipped and cleaned up, our mail stacked neatly on the desk, and the house cleaner than when I left it. And to our pleasant surprise, we found a thank you note with a gift on the table.

Leslie not only met our expectations but she definitely exceeded them. I am looking forward to using her services in the future and I will recommend her to all my friends.
